What to Include
A useful report usually includes:
- The exact page URL where the issue happened
- What you did (which tool, which settings, which file type/size — no need to attach the file itself unless we ask)
- What you expected vs. what actually happened
- Your browser and device, if it's a display or upload problem
Please don't email sensitive documents as attachments unless we specifically ask for one to reproduce a bug — most issues can be diagnosed from a description, the file type, and the settings used.
Tool or Output Bugs
A tool produced an unexpected result, failed on a valid file, or a limit seems wrong: hello@utilao.com.
Calculator or Guide Corrections

Found a security issue? Please report it responsibly to hello@utilao.com rather than testing it against live user data. See /.well-known/security.txt for the machine-readable version of this contact. We don't currently operate a bug bounty program and can't offer a formal safe-harbor guarantee, but we take verified reports seriously and will work with you in good faith.
