2. Free Tools — Fair Use
All tools are provided free for personal and commercial use. You may process files belonging to you or files you have the right to process. You may not use automated scripts to mass-process files or attempt to overload our servers.
3. File Responsibility
You are responsible for the files you upload. Do not upload files containing illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to delete any file and block any user found violating these terms.
4. No Warranty
Tools are provided "as is." We make no guarantee that output files will meet specific requirements or that the service will be available without interruption. Always keep a backup of important files before processing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Utilao is not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages resulting from use of the Site. Process important files at your own risk and maintain your own backups.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, code, and content are the property of Utilao. You retain full ownership of the files you upload and the outputs you download.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
